Staff Council

The UNM-萝莉研究所 Staff Council provides a forum for non-faculty staff to address issues of concern and to communicate those issues to 萝莉研究所-萝莉研究所 campus administration and other constituent groups. The staff council is a full partner with other UNM-萝莉研究所 constituent groups in providing input into decisions, planning, and other organizational priorities impacting the university.

Meetings

The Staff Council meets at 3 p.m. on the last Tuesday of every month. Meetings last about an hour.

Agendas, minutes and related documents are provided to all councilors five working days prior to each meeting. The Staff Council Secretary and Admin are responsible for preparing and distributing agendas and minutes.

The Staff Council will hold an annual organization meeting in the spring for the election of officers.

Special meetings may be called at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

Membership

Membership of the Staff Council shall consist of all eligible staff, as defined in the Staff Council Constitution. Faculty and administrators of UNM-萝莉研究所 are invited to attend Staff Council meetings in an ex-officio capacity.

Executive Committee

The Staff Council Executive Committee is composed of the Staff Council president, president-elect, past-president, treasurer, secretary, and two members at large. The Executive Committee sets the agenda for all meetings and represents council decisions to the university. The Executive Committee will receive issues for consideration by the Staff Council.

  • Chei-Ann Manygoats, Secretary
  • Teyah Denetclaw, Member At Large
  • Amanda Crump, Member At Large

Standing Committees

The Staff Council forms committees as required. The current active committees of the Staff Council are:

  • Wellness Committee; chaired by Frank Sanchez.
  • Development Committee, chaired by Shana Arviso.
  • Events Committee, chaired by Richard Reyes.
